摘要
以哈尔滨市为研究对象,针对近15年来哈尔滨市国民经济总产值和相应废气、废水、固体废弃物排放量进行研究,利用回归方程进行数学模拟,分析城市环境和经济发展之间的内存联系。研究结论表明,哈尔滨市随着国民生产总值和废气排放量呈正相关型关系,哈尔滨市国民生产总值与废水排放量关系曲线呈现倒"N"型关系,哈尔滨市国民生产总值与固体废物排放量关系曲线呈现倒"N"型关系。通过分析上述关系,总结出哈尔滨市在经济发展过程中存在的问题,并对未来发展提出建议和对策。
According to research on national economic output of Harbin city and corresponding waste gas, wastewater and solid waste emissions in the past 15 years, the environmental status of Harbin city was simulated by using the regression equation and analysis between city environment and economic development.The conclusion of the study shows that Harbin city with GDP and positively related emissions type relationship, the city of Harbin GDP and wastewater discharge curve inverted ＆quot;N＆quot; type, the relationship between GDP and Harbin municipal solid waste discharge curve inverted ＆quot;N＆quot; type relationship.Through the analysis of the above relations, summed up the problems existing in the process of economic development in Harbin, and put forward suggestions and Countermeasures for the future development.
