摘要
线虫病是柞蚕的重要病害之一,已发现寄生柞蚕的线虫有索线虫总科(Mermithoidea)的6种索科线虫。这些线虫在辽宁省凤城地区年发生1代,成虫、幼虫、卵均可越冬,每年6月幼虫经柞蚕体壁感染柞蚕致病,在柞蚕体内寄生期为16~17 d。柞蚕寄生线虫防治研究主要从控制土壤中的越冬线虫、阻断线虫的寄生途径、药杀寄生柞蚕体内的线虫等方面展开,特别是灭线灵、线蛟清等新型药剂在柞蚕寄生线虫防治中发挥了重要作用。今后对柞蚕寄生线虫的研究应着重解明其寄生机制及与柞蚕间的相互作用关系,明确柞蚕寄生线虫的侵染与致病机制;应用分子标记技术对线虫做进一步分类鉴定,查明不同柞蚕寄生线虫间的亲缘关系;开展线虫的人工繁殖及应用于害虫生物防治的研究。
Nematode is one of the major parasitic pests of tussah silkworm.There are 6 kinds of nematode in the family Meronithidae that is harmful to tussah silkworm.These nematodes reproduce one generation annually in Fengcheng City of Liaoning Province.Their imagos,larvae and eggs can all live through winter.Their larvae invade the integument of tussah silkworm in June and parasite inside the host body for 16~17 d.Studies on the control of tussah silkworm parasitic nematodes were mainly conducted in three aspects,namely controlling the wintering nematodes in soil,blocking the parasitic pathway of nematodes and killing the nematodes inside tussah silkworm with drugs.Especially,the application of new drugs such as Miexianling and Xianjiaoqing played very important role in the control of tussah silkworm parasitic nematodes.In the future,studies on parasitic nematodes of tussah silkworm should be focused on parasitic mechanism and interactive relationship between the nematodes and tussah silkworm so as to elucidate infection and pathogenic mechanism of tussah silkworm parasitic nematodes,on further classification and identification of nematodes with molecular marker technology to find out the genetic relationship between different tussah silkworm parasitic nematodes,and on artificial propagation of parasitic nematodes and its application in biological pest control.
