摘要
以交流接触器智能控制模块为研究对象,对模块的电磁兼容性能展开分析。从差模和共模的角度重点仿真分析了电源模块中的电磁干扰现象与解决办法,分析了电源滤波器的工作原理并给出了抑制电磁噪声的具体方案。采用合理的布线与软硬件抗干扰措施,使智能交流接触器的电磁兼容性能得到明显提高。
The intelligent control module for AC contactor as the object of study, the module of the electromagnetic was analyzed. From the view of common mode and differential mode, the power module of the electromagnetic interference and solution were analyzed especially. The principle of the power filters was analyzed, and the concrete scheme of pinioning the electromagnetic noise was proposed. Through wiring reasonably and other measures including software and hardware, the electromagnetic compatibility of the intelligent AC contactor is improved obviously.
