摘要
提出了一种温度测量方法,以单片机为核心,利用四线制铂电阻温度传感器、恒流源、模拟开关、高分辨率A/D转换器、运放,设计简单的硬件电路,通过多次测量并采用数学算法即可完成高精度的温度测量。该方法有效解决了引线电阻、自热效应和元器件温漂等问题的影响。实验结果表明,利用该方法可将测温精度提高至0.01℃,同时线性度较好,具有很高的应用价值。
The paper introduced a method of high-precision temperature measurement by using MCU, four-wire platinum RTD (resistance temperature detector), constant current source, analog switch, high-resolution A/D converter, operational amplifier. By simple circuit, multi measurements and mathematic algorithm, this method can solve the problems of down-lead resistor, self-heating effect and components' temperature drift efficently. Experiment results showed that the method has high temperature measuring accuracy of 0.01℃, good linearity and also high application value.
