摘要
介绍了热式质量流量计的测量原理及恒流式、恒温差式两种测量方法。针对恒流式测量方法存在的问题 ,提出了根据流量大小 ,改变加热电流的方案 ,分析了实际测量系统的硬件结构和软件功能 ,详细介绍了加热电流的选取方法 ,该测量方法已得到实际验证。
In this paper, the principle and methods of thermal mass flow meter are introduced. Two of the methods of measurement, i. e., constant current, and constant temperature difference methods are described. To against the problems existed in constant current method, the strategy of changing heating current based on the flow rate is stated. The structure of hardware and functions of software in practical system are analyzed. The selecting methods of heating current are introduced in detail. This measuring method had been verified in practical application.
