摘要
介绍了一种基于铂电阻传感器的高精度温度检测系统,用于星载微波辐射计定标源的精密测温,测温精度为±0.1℃。针对铂电阻引线带来的测量误差这一缺点,设计了四线制恒流源温度测量电路,同时对铂电阻传感器温度检测电路的测量误差进行了分析。系统具有精度高、可靠性高,使用方便的特点,当温度范围在-200℃~650℃之间,误差小于±0.1℃时,也可用于其它工业测温以及航空航天精密温度检测领域。
A high accurate temperature measuring system based on platinum resistance transducers is introduced, used in the space-borne microwave radiometer. The measuring accuracy is ±0.1℃. The system adopts four-wire temperature measuring method using constant-current source to eliminate the measuring error caused by Pt resistance wire. The analog amplifying circuit and its measurement errors have been analyzed. The system has features of high precision, high reliability and good applicability, and could be applied to other industry such as aerospace industry.
