摘要
目的:了解宁德师范学院学生运动伤害现状及其个性特征之间的关系,为制定预防运动伤害提供决策依据。方法:采用系统整群随机抽样方法,抽取宁德师范531名大学生进行运动伤害、个性特征问卷调查。结果:宁德师范学院学生运动伤害的发生率22.2%,男生26.4%,女生13.7%,男生高于女生(X2=12.8,P<0.01);人次发生率28.3%,损伤部位以踝关节人次发生率30.5%,膝关节18.9%,手部次(15.3%)为主;通过统计分析伤害组与未发生伤害组的E,N两个分量表得分之间的差异均有统计学意义,而P分量表得分差异无统计学意义,情绪不稳定的大学生比情绪稳定的大学生易受运动伤害,性格外向的学生较性格内向的学生更易发运动伤害。结论:宁德师范学院大学生的运动伤害率较高,应针对大学生运动伤害发生现况以及不同个性特征者运动伤害发生的风险因素采取相应的预防措施,积极培养大学生健康心理和人格,最大限度减少运动伤害的发生。
Objective：To explore the status of sport injury and the relationship between sports injury and personality characters among College Students of Ningde Normal University,and to provide evidence for carrying out effective intervention.Methods：A total of 531 College students were by stratified cluster sampling methods.Data of sports injuries in the past year and personality characters were collected through filing the self-administered questionnaire.Results：The incidence of sports injury was 22.2%,the rate of male was 26.4% and female was 13.7%,the rate of male was significantly higher than that of female（X 2 = 12.8,P 0.01） ;and the person time incidence of sports injury was 28.3%,and The locations of injury were primary in ankle joint（30.5%） and knee joint（18.9%） and hand（15.3%） ;The College students about the relationship of sports injury and personality characters showed that there was significant difference in subscales of E and N between injury group and non-injury group,there was no significant difference in P between injury group and non-injury group（P 0.05） ;College students with emotional instability were prone to being injured,and those with extraversive character were prone to being injured than those with introversive character.Conclusion：The are the high overall rate and many affecting factors of sports injures Ningde Normal University,It should be focused on youth sports injury and the relationship between sports injury and personality characters,risk factors for sports injuries of College students who had different personality traits.
