摘要
目的了解上海市青少年运动伤害现状及其与个性特征之间的关系,为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法对上海市4 334名中学生进行运动伤害、个性特征相关情况的问卷调查。结果上海市青少年运动伤害发生率为5.61%,人次发生率为8.49%;伤害组与未发生伤害组的E,N 2个分量表得分之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而P分量表得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),性格外向的青少年较性格内向的青少年易受运动伤害,情绪不稳定的青少年较情绪稳定的青少年易发生运动伤害。性格外向青少年运动伤害发生的风险因素分别为性别、母亲文化程度、学校重点与否、学生自评学校运动设施安全状况,情绪不稳定者运动伤害发生的风险因素分别为性别、学生自评体育老师在教学中传授自我保护办法情况。结论应针对青少年运动伤害发生情况及不同个性特征者运动伤害发生的风险因素,采取有针对性的预防措施,同时培养青少年健全心理和人格,降低运动伤害发生。
Objective To explore the status of sports injury and the relationship between sports injury and personality characters among adolescents in Shanghai,and to provide evidence for carrying out effective intervention.Methods A total of 4 334 students were selected by stratified cluster sampling methods.Data of sports injuries in the past year and personality characters were collected through filling the self-administered questionnaire.Results The incidence of sports injury was 5.61%,and the person time incidence of sports injury was 8.49%.The study about the relationship of sports injury and personality characters showed that there was significant difference in subscales of E and N between injury group and non-injury group,there was no significant difference in P between injury group and non-injury group(P〈0.05).Adolescents with extraversive character were prone to being injured than those with introversive character,and those with emotional instability were prone to being injured.Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,their mothers' education degree,whether key school or not,the safety of school sports facilities of student self-assessment were associated with the occurrence of sports injury of adolescents with extraversive character.To adolescents with emotional instability,risk factors for sports injuries were gender,situation of teaching self-protection measures of students' self-assessment.Conclusion It should be focused on youth sports injury and the relationship between sports injury and personality characters,risk factors for sports injuries of adolescents who had different personality traits.
