摘要
高校辅导员职能是辅导员利用自身岗位,通过各种工作手段,发挥相应职能,达到育人工作目的。高校辅导员是大学生育人工作的重要承担者和直接实施者,也是育人工作的重要骨干力量。辅导员职能发挥充分、到位直接影响高校育人效果。随着高等教育的不断发展,高校育人工作面临许多新的挑战和变化,对辅导员职能的拓展提出了许多新的要求,文章探索了新时期辅导员面临新的工作挑战下的十种职能拓展,以期能与时俱进,将新时期辅导员育人工作做得更好,已达到新时期高等教育人才培养的目的。
The duty of college counselors is to education students with various means by utilizing their own post functions.College counselors are important backbone force in the education of students.With the development of higher education,college education is faced with many challenges and changes,which proposes many new requirements for the function extension of college counselors.This paper explores ten kinds of extensions in the new period,aiming to achieve the goal of talent cultivation.
