摘要
本文首先从新时期高校辅导员工作面临的新问题和现阶段高校辅导员工作角色多元化两方面讨论了高校辅导员队伍专业化、科学化建设的必要性。其次从完善机制、搭建平台、创造环境三个方面初步探讨了如何推进高校辅导员队伍专业化、科学化建设。
This paper firstly discusses the need for the professional and scientific construction of the team of college counselors from the aspects of the new problems faced by the college counselors in the new era and the diversification of the role of college counselors at this stage. Secondly, it preliminarily discusses the means to advance the specialized and scientific construction of the team of college counselors from the aspects of improving the mechanism, building a platform and creating a good environment.
