摘要
高校党政管理队伍的建设关系着高校的长远发展,但一直没得到该有的重视。现在的高校党政管理队伍存在很多问题,如人员流动性大、素质参差不齐、服务意识淡薄等。如何解决这些问题,建设一支科学化的高校党政管理队伍是本文的探究重点。
The construction of Party management team, which has not been attached enough importance to, is closely related to the long-term development. There are currently many problems in the Party management team, such as high mobility, uneven qualities, and indifferent sense of service. This work aims to solve the problems and probe a way to establish a scientific Party management team.
