摘要 目的:探索新的骨科临床实习模式在当前形势下临床实习教学中的可行性及现实意义。方法:对现阶段骨科临床实习情况调研并制定出骨科临床实习教学的新模式,完成教学考核及教学反馈。结果:在新的骨科临床实习教学模式下,学生的学习主动性提高,临床思维能力和基本技能操作较之前均有较大提高。结论:新的骨科临床实习教学模式有一定的优越性及现实意义,适合当前的教学资源状况。 Objective: To evaluate the feasibility and significance of the new teaching pattern in orthopedic internship.Method: Based on the research of orthopedic clinical internship learning at the present stage,we have design and practice the new teaching pattern.Teaching effectiveness was evaluated with a questionnaire and an ability examination.Results:Students who participated in the new teaching pattern, were in a dominate position and were more active in the learning process, their clinical thinking and clinical skill have made a big progress, much better than the other students before. Conclusions: The new teaching pattern used in the orthopedics internship has advantages and practical significance, which are applicable in modern medical teaching practice.
