摘要
目的研究分析不同护理教学模式在骨科护理教学中的应用价值及可行性。方法将我科2014年10月—2015年10月接收的130例护理实习生分为实施案例教学法进行带教的观察组及实施常规教学法进行带教的对照组,对两组护理实习生护理基础理论考核优良率、护理基本技术操作考核优良率,以及带教前后沟通能力及批判性思维能力的改善情况等指标进行观察和统计。结果观察组护理实习生护理基础理论考核优良率及护理基本技术考核优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理实习生带教前后沟通能力及批判性思维能力的改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法在骨科护理教学中的应用效果显著,有效提高了护理实习生的护理水平和质量。
Objective To study the application value and feasibility of different nursing teaching models in orthopedic nursing teaching. Methods 130 nursing students received in our department from October 2014 to October 2015 were divided into two groups: the observation group of carrying out case teaching method and the control group of carrying out routine teaching method. The basic theory of nursing practice assessment of excellent rate, the basic technical operation of nursing assessment of excellent rate, and to teach before and after communication skills and critical thinking ability to improve the situation and other indicators to observe and statistics. Results The excellent rate of nursing basic theory and the excellent rate of basic nursing examination in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). The improvement of communicative ability and critical thinking ability n the observation group was superior than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of case teaching method in orthopedic nursing teaching is effective, and the nursing level and quality of nursing interns are improved effectively.
