摘要
从事技工教育的同仁们或许都有同感:学生难教更难管。问题出在何处,教育者们一方面积极反省自身工作的不足,同时也在思考有了问题的学生为何成为问题生?有了问题是随即抓一副药方医治还是通过查病因找到病灶后开处方呢?即使查出病灶,用何药方才适合他们?这些问题值得每一位技工教育者的深思。
Colleagues undertaking technician education may have the same feeling that students are hard to teach and manage.In order to find out where the problem is,educators should consider the disadvantages in their work and consider the causes of trouble-causing students.Finally,educators should find out the best solutions to solve the problem.
