摘要
时代的发展需要创新教育,创新教育的实施呼唤创新型教师团队。高校肩负着培养高层次人才的重担,因此发展高校创新型教师团队建设迫在眉睫。通过运用战略管理中SWOT方法分析当前高校创新型教师团队建设是如何受制于制度建设、人才建设、教师队伍建设和科研建设等4个主要因素,并针对高校创新型教师团队建设存在的问题提出具体的策略。
In the era of rapid development of education,innovation is of the utmost importance,and innovative teaching personnel are the key.Nowadays,universities and colleges undertake heavy burden of developing high-level talents;therefore,the construction of innovative teaching personnel is imminent.SWOT,as one of strategic management methods,has been used to analyze how the construction of innovative teaching personnel in higher education is limited by system construction,talents development,construction of teaching personnel and scientific research construction,and the article also puts forward the specific measures to solve the problem of constructing innovative teaching personnel.
