乳腺癌组织中Nup88、PINCH mRNA表达与HER-2的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌组织中Nup88、PINCH mRNA表达与HER-2的关系。方法利用RT-PCR方法检测Nup88、PINCH mRNA在40例乳腺癌组织中的表达水平,并进一步用Spearman法对Nup88、PINCH mRNA表达和HER-2进行相关性分析。结果 Nup88 mRNA在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平为0.575±0.230,PINCH mRNA在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平为0.875±0.470;HER-2蛋白表达为:(-)20例,(+)8例,(++)5例,(+++)7例。Nup88 mRNA表达与HER-2相关性无统计学意义,但具有正相关趋势,r=0.30、P=0.062;PINCH mRNA表达与HER-2相关性亦无统计学意义,但具有正相关趋势,r=0.31、P=0.054。结论 Nup88、PINCH mRNA与HER-2可能在乳腺癌的发生、发展、转移过程中发挥一定的协同作用。
