摘要 目的探究乳腺癌病人血管生成拟态的临床意义。方法选择2015年1月~2016年1月收治的40例乳腺癌患者进行研究,选择同一时期进行乳腺检查及切除获得的15例健康乳腺组织人群作为对照组,选择免疫组织化学法检查上述人群的乳腺组织标本。结果 (1)观察组血管生成拟态10例阳性表达,阳性率为25.0%;对照组无血管生成拟态表达(P<0.05)。(2)观察组10例血管生成拟态阳性表达者,7例出现淋巴结转移,转移率为70.0%;30例血管生成拟态阴性表达者,9例出现淋巴结转移,转移率为30.0%(P<0.50)。结论乳腺癌病人中存在血管生成拟态,且血管生成拟态与淋巴结转移有密切关系,血管生成拟态有望成为肿瘤恶性发展、预后的重要判断指标。 Objective To study the clinical significance of vasculogenic mimicry in breast cancer patients. Methods During January 2015 to January 2016, 40 cases of patients with breast cancer were selected as the observation group, 15 cases of healthy people received breast examination and resection in the same period were selected as the control group, the breast tissue specimens of the above populations were examined by immunohistochemistry. Results ①The observation group had 10 cases of positive expression of vasculogenic mimicry, the positive rate was 25% ; the control group had no expression of vasculogenic mimicry (P 〈 0. 05).②The observation group had 10 cases of positive expression of vasculogenic mimicry, among them, 7 cases of lymph node metastasis, the metastasis rate was 70% ; The observation group had 30 cases of negative expression of vasculogenic mimicry, among them, 9 cases of lymph node metastasis, the metastasis rate was 30% (P 〈 0. 50). Conclusions Breast cancer patients have vasculogenic mimicry, there is a close relationship between vasculogenic mimicry and lymph node metastasis, vasculogenic mimicry is expected to become an important index for judging the malignant tumor development and prognosis.
