摘要
随着时代的发展,高等教育要求以一种创新思维的方式来培养人才和教育管理。由于在教学工作内容等方面发生了变化,教务工作者在教务管理方面遇到了工作面增大、工作量增大、工作压力增大的状况,不可避免的给教务工作者也带来了新的挑战。通过对当前高校教务管理工作现状的分析,有针对性地提出了教务管理工作的创新方法,从而保证教学工作的正常运转,提升教务管理质量。
With the development of times, it is in a great need to advocate the educators, esp. those in high educa- tion to cultivate the students and manage the teaching system with creative thinking patterns. It is unavoidable for the staff in educational administration to face the new challenge because of the changes of the contents of the job and the facts of the broad coverage, big amount and heavy pressure. The creative methods to educational administra- tion are putforward by analyzing the present situation of this job. It is meaningful to guarantee the normal carrying-on of the teaching and to improve the quality of the educational administration.
