摘要
教务管理是高校教学管理的核心和基础,在校院二级管理制度下,通过样本调查分析院级教务管理工作中存在的问题,依据调查结果得出要在业务培训、信息系统、过程管理、多方参与和激励机制等方面改进才能有效提高教务管理工作的质量和效率。
College teaching administration is the core and foundation of college teaching management. Under current college- university two-layer management system, through sample survey, problems existing are analyzed. Based on the results, we come up with the conclusion that only improvements in such areas as relevant training, information system, process management and multi-involvement, incentive mechanism can enhance the quality and efficiency in teaching management.
