摘要
二级学院教务管理是实施学院内部教学管理的主体,教学管理队伍的状况和管理人员的素质,很大程度上决定了高校教学运行的成效。必须从管理队伍、网络化建设和规章制度等方面对二级学院教务管理进行科学化建设。
The educational administration of a second-level school is the main part of the internal educational administration of a college. The state of educational administrative personnel and their qualities decide, to a great degree, the effect of teaching opera- tion of the college. Therefore, the educational administration of a second-level school should have the scientific construction in the aspects of administrative personnel, cyberized construction, and rules and regulations.
