摘要
采用碱、盐、碳化改性花生壳以改变其原有结构增加孔容积,使吸附能力增强.用单因素变量法考察了改性剂浓度、改性时间、改性温度、液固比等因素对改性花生壳吸附性能的影响.结果表明:碳化处理的花生壳对亚甲基蓝模拟废水的吸附效果最好,碱改性的其次,三种改性花生壳对亚甲基蓝的去除率分别为96.7%,93.1%,70.2%。
Peanut shell's structure are changed for increasing it's hole volume by alkali modification,salt modification,carbonization,which contributes to enhance adsorption ability.The factors were studied on the influence of adsorption ability,such as modifier concentration,modification time,modification temperature,Liquid-solid ratio,with the method of single factor variable.The study showed that the decoloring effect to simulated wastewater of modified peanut shell by alkali modification,salt modification,carbonization as follow: carbonization is the best,alkali modification is the second,salt modification is the third and their decoloring rate is 96.7%,93.1%,70.2% respectively.
