摘要
以钛酸四正丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2粒子,对其进行了TG-DTA,XRD,TEM和BET分析,并分别在紫外光和可见光下考察了其光催化降解酸性品红性能。结果表明,自制的纳米TiO2对酸性品红具有很好的光催化降解脱色能力,500℃的样品在紫外光下,20 min内即可将200 mg/L的酸性品红溶液完全降解脱色,在可见光下,210 min内酸性品红的脱色率达80%。
TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method with tetra-n-butyl titanate as raw materials and characterized with TG-DTA, XRD, TEM and BET, and their photocatalytic activity were studied by photocatalytic oxidation of acid fuchsine in water. The results show that self-prepared nanometer TiO2 has excellent capacity of photocatalytic depigmentation acid fuchsine. The acid fuchsine solution with initial concentration 200 mg/L can be completely photocatalytic depigmentized by self-prepared TiO2 calcined at 500 ℃ under UV irradiation in 20 min. And the depigmentation ratio of the acid fuchsine solution with initial concentration 80 mg/L can reach to 80% under visible light irradiation in 210 min.
