稀土改性蛭石的制备及吸附Cu^(2+)性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 以蛭石为原料,稀土钇、镧、铈为改性剂,制备稀土-蛭石复合吸附剂,用以处理含Cu2+废水。确定了改性蛭石的最佳制备条件为:稀土铈为改性剂,改性剂质量分数为0.2%,蛭石粒度为150μm;通过FTIR和XRD对改性前后的蛭石进行结构表征,结果表明,铈的掺入没有改变蛭石的原有结构,只是促使蛭石晶粒变小,并在其表面和层间引入了一定数量的羟基化合物,使其吸附性提高。铈-蛭石处理含Cu2+废水的最佳反应条件是:溶液p H值为5~7,吸附时间为60 min,吸附剂投加量为30 g/L,在该条件下铈-蛭石吸附剂对533 mg/L含Cu2+废水的Cu2+吸附率可达99%以上。 Vermiculite as raw material, rare earth yittium, lanthanum or cerium as modifier, the rare earth modified vermiculite was prepared and used to treat Cu^2+ wastewater. The results show that the best preparation conditions are as follows: the modifier is cerium, the concentration of modifier is 0.2%, the particle of vermiculite is 150 μm. FTIR and XRD results show that the addition of cerium couldn't change the original structure of vermiculite, just refine the grains of vermiculite and leads to the formation of the hydroxyl groups between layers or at surface of the vermiculite, thereby increasing the adsorption performance. Furthermore, when the concentration of Copper(Ⅱ) wastewater is 533 mg/L, p H value of the solution is 5-7, the adsorption time is about 60 min, the dosage of the reagent is 30 g/L, cerium-vermiculite shows optimal adsorption performance, and the adsorption rate of Copper(Ⅱ) is above 99%.
