摘要
为促进蛭石在污废水吸附处理中的应用,采用改性蛭石对水溶液中的Zn^(2+)进行吸附/脱附试验,通过单因素试验分别考察了蛭石用量、Zn^(2+)初始浓度、pH值、吸附温度、吸附时间等因素对Zn^(2+)在蛭石表面吸附性能的影响,并用正交试验优化吸附试验条件。结果表明:当蛭石用量0.30 g,pH值为5,Zn^(2+)初始浓度120 mg/L时,在室温下搅拌吸附40 min,蛭石对Zn^(2+)的吸附率可以达到95.0%。吸附饱和的蛭石经KNO_3和NaNO_3解吸,得到不同的解吸效果,当用0.50 mol/L的KNO_3解吸4 h,解吸量达到2 490 mg/kg。一次解吸后得到一次再生蛭石,再次用于金属离子的吸附,其吸附率可以达到85%,二次再生蛭石的吸附率为80%,重复利用效果较好。
The adsorption/desorption tests of Zn^2+ in aqueous solution were carried out with the modified vermiculite. The effects of the factors such as the amount of vermiculite, the initial concentration of Zn^2+, the pH value, the adsorption temperature and the adsorption time on the adsorption properties of metal ions on the vermiculite surface were investigated by single factor test. Moreover, the experimental conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. Results showed that when vermiculite dosage was 0.30 g, pH = 5, Zn^2+initial concentration of 120 mg/L, stirring at room temperature, adsorption time of 40 min, the vermiculite adsorption capacity reached 95.0%. The adsorbed saturated vermiculite was desorbed by KNO3 and NaNO3, and the different desorption effects were obtained. When desorbed with 0.50 mol/L KNO3 for 4 hours, the ad- sorbed saturated vermiculite desorption amount reached 2 490 mg/kg. After once desorption, the regenerated vermiculite was regenerated once again and used again for the adsorption of metal ions. The adsorption rate could reach 85 %0. The adsorption rate of two regenerated vermiculite was 80%, and the reutilization effect was good.
