摘要
介绍了乳化蜡的制备方法及制备条件,主要包括乳化剂、乳化温度、乳化时间及搅拌速度等对乳化蜡稳定性等性能的影响;综述了乳化蜡在纺织、人造板、造纸、农业、乳化炸药等领域的应用情况;并对国内乳化蜡的发展前景进行了简单的展望。
The methods and conditions for preparation of emulsified paraffin wax were reviewed. The influences of emulsifying agents, emulsion operation temperature and time, and agitation condition on the stability as well as other performances of emulsified paraffin wax were described. Applications of emulsified paraffin wax in textile industry, manufacture of wood - based panels, paper industry, agriculture, preparation of emulsified explosives, et al were summarized. Future market for emulsified paraffin wax was briefly prospected.
