摘要
对乳化柴油的乳化剂选择、添加剂用量和不同的乳化工艺方法进行了探讨。结果表明,选择一定比例的油酸和吐温类试剂作为复配乳化剂,乙醇胺和正辛醇为助表面活性剂,200#溶剂油作溶剂,能制备出较好的乳化柴油。该乳化柴油的十六烷指数为38,达到了普通乳化柴油的指标。稳定性实验表明,其稳定性比企业提供的乳化柴油稳定性好,至少能保持两个月不出现沉淀物质或变混浊分层。
A diesel emulsifier was prepared with oleic acid, P-containing reagent, ethanolamine, octanol and 200^# solvent naphtha. The amounts of the emulsifier and different emulsification processes were studied. The results showed that the emulsified diesel with this emulsifier had cetane index of 38, the stability was much better than the one provided by a company, and it did not precipitate or became cloudy within two months.
