摘要
为了有助于开展乙醇-柴油混合燃料在柴油机上的应用研究,本文首先介绍了乙醇的生产原料及其理化特性,分析了乙醇-柴油混合燃料的排放机理,讨论了乙醇-柴油混合燃料的研究进展,指出目前乙醇在柴油机上的混合燃烧主要分为两大类:机内混合与机外混合燃料燃烧。最后重点以清华大学、吉林大学、上海交通大学为例,就各自对乙醇-柴油机外混合燃料燃烧研究的不同“亮点”分别进行论述,指出进一步选择合适的助溶剂以及恰当的着火改进剂等,可使乙醇-柴油混合燃料在柴油机上的应用早日实现。
In order to help the study of using the ethanol - diesel blend fuel on a diesel engine, this paper firstly introduces the physical and chemical properties of ethanol, analyses the emission principles of ethanol - diesel blend fuel, points out the combustion of ethanol - diesel blend fuel can be divided into two methods： internal blend and external blend combustion. Compares with the two combustion methods. Finally the different ＂brighten ideas＂ of Tsing Hua, Ji Lin and SHang Hai Jiaotong Universities about external blend combustion are discussed. The result shows that the ethanol - diesel blend fuel would be used widely early if we choose the perfect solvent addition and ignition improver and so on.
