摘要
针对常规捕收剂在矿浆中分散效果差、用量大的缺点,通过单因素试验确定微乳化柴油的最佳配方,在此基础上进行煤泥浮选试验。试验结果表明:微乳化所得到的乳液的粒径更小,平均粒度为0.065 mm,并且液滴分布较为平均,分散效果、稳定性能更好;在精煤产率相同时,微乳化柴油的用量比柴油用量少,是柴油用量的57.8%;对于与试验煤样性质相同的煤泥,在浮选指标相近的情况下,采用微乳化柴油作为捕收剂时,精煤产率较高,煤泥浮选速度更快,更节省浮选药剂。
In view of the shortcomings of the conventional collector in the pulp, including poor dispersing effect and large dosage, the best formula of micro-emulsified diesel oil was determined by single-factor test. On this basis, the flotation test of coal slime was carried out. The test results showed that particle size of emulsion obtained by micro-emulsification was smaller, with an average particle size of 0.065 mm; moreover, the droplet distribution, the dispersion effect and stability were improved. When the yield of cleaned coal was the same, the consumption of micro-emulsified diesel oil was less than that of general diesel oil, which was 57.8 % of consumption of general diesel oil. For the coal slime with the same quality of test coal slime, when the micro-emulsified diesel oil was used as collectors under the similar flotation index, the yield of cleaned coal was high, the flotation speed of coal slime was faster, and the flotation reagents was more economical,
