摘要
对某国产轿车在建立动力总成悬置系统模型基础上,进行了解耦特性分析。综合考虑实际车辆生产与制造工艺及成本等因素,通过调整和优化动力总成悬置的位置参数或刚度参数,有效地改善了动力总成悬置系统的解耦特性。
A theoretical model is established on the powertrain mounting system of a national car and its coupling characteristic is analyzed. Then, on the basis of the consideration of production technique and cost, by optimizing the position and stiffness, it is effective to improve the decoupling characteristic of powertrain mounting system.
