摘要
在对某型动力总成—橡胶悬置系统进行模态试验时,发现橡胶悬置的装配状态对刚体模态频率影响较大。针对该橡胶悬置结构进行了研究,找到了影响橡胶悬置装配后刚度特性的因素,并提出了改进方案。改进后的结构消除了装配状态对动力总成—悬置系统振动特性的影响,提高了悬置刚度的稳定性,对改善整车振动与噪声性能有一定的作用。
During a modal test for the rubber mounting system of a powertrain,it was found that assembling condition of rubber mount had an obvious influence on vigdity modal frequency.The structure of the rubber mounting was studied,and factors influencing the stiffness characteristic of the assembled rubber mountings were found out,and improvement solutions were presented.The improved structure eliminates the influence of assembling condition on the vibration property of the powertrain mounting system,and improves the stability of mounting stiffness,and then improves vehicle vibration and noise performance.
