摘要
针对汽车发动机引起的整车振动问题,本文将动力总成悬置系统置于整车环境,研究其耦合振动特性。建立了包含动力总成和整车、车身和悬架系统的多体动力学模型,分析了动力总成与整车系统的耦合振动问题。研究结果表明,整车模型的振动特性与6自由度悬置系统模型的振动特性存在差异。经对悬置系统进行参数优化,其减振效果得到了有效改善。
With an aim at the whole vehicle vibration problems caused by the automobile engine, the coupling vibration characteristics of the powertrain mounting system which worked as a part of a whole vehicle were studied. A multi-body dynamic model including the power-train and the whole vehicle, as well as the automobile body and the suspension system was established to analyze the coupling vibration problems of the automobile powertrain-vehicle system. The results show that there are differences in the vibration characteristics between the whole vehicle model and the mounting system model of six degrees of freedom. By optimizing the parameters of the mounting system, the damping effect is enhanced remarkably.
