摘要
重型颅脑损伤临床病情凶险,变化快,易发生不可逆性脑疝,死亡致残率高,为此在最短的时间窗内实施抢救和手术至关重要。本文引用先进的流程再造理念,提出了"信息"、"转运"、"费用"、"人员"、"知情同意"等全方位的急救流程再造模式。重型颅脑损伤急救流程再造的成功经验,对其他神经外科急危重症的救治具有良好的借鉴作用。
Severe traumatic brain injury(TBI) is characterized by dangerous condition,fast change,liable to result in irreversible brain hernia,high mortality and disability rate.It is critical to perform the rescue and the operation in shortest possible time window.This paper,by introducing the advanced concept of business process reengineering,puts forward a full range of emergency business process reengineering model of " information","transfer","cost","personnel","informed consent".The successful experience of emergency business process reengineering of severe TBI has a good reference to the treatment of other neurosurgical critical cases.
