摘要
目的提高临床标本送检合格率,避免医疗资源消耗,降低住院费用。方法成立QC小组,运用PDCA循环的管理方法,对临床标本送检过程进行现状调查,分析找出存在的问题及要求,制定可行性对策,再造临床标本送检流程,并实施。结果通过6个月的实施,将送检合格率由85.7%提高至98%。结论QC小组的活动实现了课题来源于临床,服务于临床的宗旨,有效地提高了护士发现问题、解决问题的能力, 体现了团队的凝聚力,降低了患者住院费用,得到了良好的社会效益。
Method The QC Affection Team was set up in the TJMUCH First Class Medical Ward. The team made a survey on the clinical sample delivery process by PDCA circulation method. Some problems were found. The QC Affection Team analyzed the key problems and tried to solve them. Later the team made a new process for the clinical sample delivery, and then carried it out. The delivery rate was increased from 85. 7% to 98% after 6 months practice. Result The QC Affection Team realized the tenet that the subject should come from the clinic and service for the clinic. The team increased the ability of nurses to find and solve the problems, and the hospital reduces the expense of hospitalization with the QC Affection Team. The QC Affection Team got very good society benefit.
