摘要
基于在碱性条件下,没食子酸对H2O2-荧光素体系化学发光反应具有明显的增敏作用,建立了流动注射化学发光测定没食子酸的分析方法,并探讨了可能的发光机理.在优化的实验条件下,没食子酸在4.0×10-7~1.0×10-4 g/mL范围内与发光强度呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为5.83×10-7 g/mL,11次平行测定6.0×10-6 g/mL没食子酸的相对标准偏差为1.50%,该方法应用于健民咽喉片以及中药五倍子的测定,结果令人满意.
Based on the fact that gallic acid enhances the chemiluminescence of H2O2 and fluorescein in alkaline medium,a new analytical method was developed for the determination of gallic acid with flow injection chemiluminescence,and the possible mechanism was explored.Under the optimum experimental condition,gallic acid concentration in the range of 4.0×10-7~1.0×10-4 g/mL was proportional to the enhancing CL signals,and the developed CL method offered a 5.83×10-7 g/mL detection limit for gallic acid.The relative standard deviation(RSD) of gallic acid with concentration of 6.0×10-6 g/mL in 11 consecutive measurements was found to be 1.50%.This method has been successfully applied to determine gallic acid in Jianmin Yanhoupian tablet and Rhus chinensis.
