摘要
目的建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定OPN-3中的残留锡的检测方法。方法采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定OPN-3中锡的含量。结果OPN-3中锡的线性范围为0~200ppb,回归方程为Y=0.00265X+0.0341,R=0.9952,平均加样回收率95.2%,RSD=1.8%(n=5)。结论石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法简便、可靠、结果准确,可用于该原料药中残留锡的分析。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of Sn in opn-3 by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS).MEHTODS The Sn in opn-3 was measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS).RESULTS For opn-3,the linear range was 0~200ppb.The linear equation was Y=0.00265X+0.0341,while the correlation coefficient was 0.9952,and the average recovery rate was 95.2%,RSD=1.4(n=5).CONCLUSION The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied to measure Sn in opn-3.
