摘要
黄土高原区水库移民环境容量的分析计算,不仅关系到水库移民安置效果,也关系到区域资源、环境和经济的协调发展。通过分析黄土高原区域干旱、水土流失、植被难以恢复等问题,得出制约水库移民环境容量的主要影响因素是耕地缺乏、水资源短缺、生态环境脆弱、人口素质低等。从协调-可持续发展角度构建了黄土高原区水库移民环境容量农业与非农业综合分析模型,并通过实例进行验证。结果表明,综合分析模型能够科学计算黄土高原移民环境容量,并可以预测水库移民后续发展能力。
How to analyze and calculate the environmental capacity of the Loess Plateau reservoir immigrants resettlement is not only related to the effect of reservoir immigrants resettlement,but also related to the coordinated development of regional resources,environment and economy.By analyzing the issues in the Loess Plateau region,such as drought,soil erosion,and the difficulty to restore vegetation etc,the paper pointed out that the main factors restricting the environmental capacity of reservoir immigrants resettlement were arable land and water shortages,fragile environment,low quality of the population,etc.From the coordinated and sustainable development perspective,this article built the integrated analysis model of the joint of agriculture and non-agriculture and used the instance for analysis and verification.The results show that the model can scientifically calculate the environmental capacity of the Loess Plateau reservoir immigrants resettlement,and can also predict the subsequent development capacity of immigrants resettlement.
