摘要
目的探讨阿立哌唑治疗Tourette综合征(TS)临床疗效和安全性。方法 38例TS患者予阿立哌唑(5～20mg/d)治疗,共治疗8周,采用耶鲁抽动严重程度总体量表(YGTSS),副反应量表(TESS),于治疗前,治疗第2、4、8周末对患者进行评估。结果患者第2、4、8周末严重程度得分与治疗前相比有明显下降,差异有极显著性(t=3.214,2.43,3.88;P<0.01)。患者在治疗2、4周末副反应与治疗前相比差异有显著性(t=6.02,4.80;P<0.05)。而第8周末与治疗前相比差异无显著性(t=1.09,P>0.05)。结论阿立哌唑能有效改善运动及发生抽动,副作用较轻。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Aripiprazole in the treatment of Tourette＇s syndrome（TS）.Methods A total of 38 patients with TS were treated with Aripiprazole（5～20 mg/d）for 8 weeks.Patients were assessed with YGTSS and TESS before the treatment,and at the end of 2nd,4th and 8th week after treatment.Results At the end of 2nd,4th,8thweek after treatment,the scores of YGTSS after treatment were significantly lower than those of baseline（P0.01）,and the scores of TESS at the end of 2nd,4th week showed significant differences（P0.05）,while there was no significant difference between the baseline and the end of treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Aripiprazole is effective and safe in treating the patients with TS.
