摘要 掌握支撑剂在裂缝中运移影响因素和最终铺砂形态规律,对于压裂方案设计和压裂现场施工非常重要。基于数值模拟计算的理论方法,应用Fluent模拟软件建立了矩形裂缝中携砂液流动分析模型,对不同密度支撑剂在裂缝中的运动轨迹和铺砂规律进行了研究。结果表明,支撑剂沉降速率随其密度的增大而增加,高密度支撑剂在缝口易形成砂桥,使得最终在裂缝中的铺砂分布不均;相同条件下,低密度支撑剂不会在缝口附近形成砂桥,形成的铺砂剖面较为均匀。 Understanding the influencing factors of carrying fluid in fracture and the final sand shape was very important for the fracturing design and its field operation.An analysis model of carrying fluid flowing was established by Fluent software based on theoretical approach of numerical simulation.The rules of moving trajectory of proppant with different densities and sand production were studied by using the simulation model.The result shows that the setting rate of proppant density increases with increasing of density,the high density proppant was easy to form a sand bridge in the open of fracture and the uneven distribution of the final sanding profile.Under the same conditions,the low-density proppant would prevent the formation of sand bridge and the more uniform of final sanding profiles.
