支撑裂缝导流能力影响因素实验研究与分析 被引量:38

摘要 支撑剂性能好坏直接影响支撑裂缝的导流能力,影响支撑剂性能的因素很多,除了支撑剂自身因素外,外界环境因素也不容忽视。从实验角度研究分析了支撑剂强度、粒径及粒径组合、铺砂浓度、闭合压力、温度和时间、支撑剂嵌入、地层微粒和压裂液残渣对导流能力的影响,实验结果对正确评价支撑剂性能以及合理选择支撑剂具有一定的参考价值。 Proppant performance directly affects the flow conductivity of propping fracture. The influential factors on fracture conductivity are many, not only by proppant behavioral itself but also external environment such as proppant strength, various size proppant and their combinations, sand concentration, closing pressure, time/temperature, proppant embedment, formation fine particle, fracturing fluid residue and so on. Studying and analyzing those factors how to influence the fracture conductivity and finding the laws between them in lab. can supply the more precise reference value to appreciate and optimize the proppant.
