摘要
创意自我效能感是自我效能感的特殊化与具体化,是指个体对于自己能否取得创新成果的信念。文章在梳理创意自我效能感相关文献的基础上,阐述了创意自我效能感的兴起与发展。同时,对创意自我效能感功能进行经验性分析,将其归结为预测、激励、调节及中介四种。最后,对已有的创意自我效能感检验途径和测量工具进行述评,并指出未来创意自我效能感研究过程应注意的事项。
