摘要
现代大学宣传思想工作既是党的宣传思想工作的重要组成部分,也是高等学校教育管理工作的重要组成部分。在新的形势和任务下,加强和改进现代大学宣传思想工作,有利于确保现代大学的社会主义办学方向,有利于现代大学科学发展的凝心聚力,有助于塑造符合高等教育发展要求的大学文化,有利于打造现代大学的社会品牌,全面提升学校形象,促进现代大学优秀人才培养工作。现代大学宣传思想工作扮演高等学校跟随者、伴随者和引领者的角色定位,坚持党管宣传原则,建立健全工作制度,完善宣传队伍建设是完善现代大学宣传思想工作的保障机制。加强现代大学文化塑造,加强学校现代大学形象提升,加强学习型党组织建设、思想政治工作和宣传阵地建设等开展现代大学宣传思想工作的实践创新。
The propaganda and ideological work of modern universities is both an important part of the Party＇s propaganda and ideological work and an important part of the educational administrative work of universities.Confronted with the new situation and task,modern universities should try to strengthen and improve their propaganda and ideological work.That will be advantageous for modern universities to adhere to the socialist direction of running a school,gather strength for scientific development,shape the university culture that accords with their development,create a social brand which can stand for a modern university,improve the image of modern universities in a comprehensive way and promote excellent personnel cultivation.The propaganda and ideological work of modern universities plays the roles of follower,companion and guide in colleges and universities.So completing the security mechanism of the propaganda and ideological work of modern universities involves upholding the principle that the Party administrates the propaganda work,establishing and completing related work systems,and improving the contingent building of the propaganda and ideological work.Besides,it is necessary for colleges and universities to carry out practical innovations of the propaganda and ideological work of modern universities,such as shaping the culture of modern universities,improving their image as a modern university,enhancing the studious Party organization building and strengthening the propaganda positions building.
