摘要
产品质量保证书是具有法律约束力的法律文书。保证书的词汇、句法特征（平行结构和复杂的长句子）和语气具有独特的功能。本文通过翔实的例证,分析和概括了英语保证书的的文体特征和翻译方法,对提高英语学习者的文体意识和翻译能力有一定的帮助。
A warranty for product quality is a legal document, where the words, the sentence patterns （parallelism andcomplex, lengthy sentences） and the mood have their respective unique functions. This paper analyzes and generalizes thelinguistic stylistic features and translation methods. A study of an English warranty style and its translation methods may raiseEnglish learners’ awareness of warranty styles and improve their translation competence.
