摘要
本文从农民增收需要的长效性与现阶段农业弱质性论述,政府财政支农支出是现阶段实现农业增长的必然动力。运用广西壮族自治区的统计数据,从实证角度分析广西财政支农支出对农民增收的促进反应程度,从而指出政府财政支农资金组成中影响农民增收的主要因素,并结合区农业发展的有利资源和长远规划,对区财政支农提供建议。
Based on the long residual action needed for increasing peasant income and the agricultural inferiority at present,this article discusses that agriculture aid expenditures financed by the government is the important motive power for achieving rural economic growth. Using the statistics in Guangxi,from the realistic perspective,this article also analyzes the promotion of agriculture aid expenditures financed by Guangxi government,and points out the main factors influencing the increasing of peasant income. Combining with the advantageous resources and long-term plan for agriculture development in Guangxi,it also puts forward some suggestions to agriculture aid expenditures financed by Guangxi government.
