摘要
文章根据VAR模型和VCE模型,选取我国1978—2005年的农业产出和财政农业支出为样本数据,从三个层面分析了财政农业支出及其结构与农业经济增长之间关系。首先分析了财政农业支出总水平对农业经济的影响。其次,分析了财政农业支出的主要项目对农业经济的增长效应。最后,根据财政农业支出的不同用途,分析了财政生产性和消费性支出对农业经济的增长效应。
Basing on Vector Autoagression Model and Vector Error Correction Model, the paper analyses the relation between the total level and the composites of financial agricultural expenditure and the growth of agricultural economy with the sample data of agricultural total output and fiscal agricultural expenditure in 1978 - 2005. Firstly the paper analyses the effect of the level of fisical agricultural spending on agricultural economic growth, Secondly the paper investigates the role of the components of financial agricultural expenditure in agricultural economic growth. Finally, according to the means of using fincancial agricultural expenditure, the paper examines the effects of fiscal productive and consumptive expenditures on agricultural economic growth.
