摘要
目的 探讨原发性肝癌 (PLC)的生长速度与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小及部位的关系。方法 本组将先后做过 2次以上B超检查的 10 1例PLC患者的肿瘤直径 ,计算出生长速度 (即倍增时间TD)。结果 10 1例PLC患者的中位TD为 40天 ,男 39天 ,女 5 2天 ;年龄 <5 0岁 33天 ,≥ 5 0岁6 9天 ;肿瘤直径 <5cm的中位TD为 2 7天 ,5～ 10cm37天 ,>10cm85天 ;肿瘤位置 :右叶 40天 ,左叶44天。结论 PLC的生长速度 ,<5 0岁者较 5 0岁以上快 ,与性别。
Objective To investigate the relation between the growing speed of the Primary Liver Carcinoma (PLC) and the sex.age.size and the position of the tumor.Methods To measure the average diameter and calculate the growing speed(doubling time or TD) of the tumor according to the results of two B—ultrasound examinations of 101 patients.Results The medium TD of 101 patients is 40 days,men:39 days,women:52 days;Patiets who are or less than 50 years old:33 days,Patients who are or more than 50 years old:69 days;The medium TD of the tumor which has the diameter of less than 5cm is 27 days,5～10cm:37 days,more than 10cm:85 days;The position of the tumor:the right part,40 days,the left part,44 days.Conclusion The growing speed of the Primary Liver Carcinoma of people aged fifty is faster than that of those who are more than fifty.The growing speed has little to do with the sex.size and the position of the tumor.
