+Gz重复暴露对大鼠脑组织c-fos、c-jun和神经生长因子基因表达的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为了解 +Gz重复暴露后大鼠脑组织 c- fos、c- jun和神经生长因子 (NGF)基因表达的变化 ,探讨它们在 +Gz所致脑损伤中的作用和意义 ,用半定量反转录聚合酶链反应 (RT- PCR)检测方法检测 +Gz重复暴露后大鼠脑组织 c- fos、c- jun和 NGF m RNA表达水平。结果 c- fos和 c- jun在 +Gz重复暴露后 30 m in m RNA表达明显升高 ,6 h和 2 4h降至正常 ;NGF在 30 min和 6 h表达均明显升高 ,2 4h恢复正常。表明 +Gz重复暴露可诱导大鼠脑组织 c- fos、c- jun和 NGF m RNA的表达 ,提示它们的表达增加可能在 To study the changes in mRNA expression of c fos, c jun and nerve growth factor (NGF) in the brain of rat repeatedly exposed to +Gz, and to explore the role of them in brain damage induced by repeated +Gz exposures, the mRNA expression levels of c fos, c jun and NGF in rat brain repeatedly exposed to +Gz were measured by semi quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR). The results showed that the c fos and c jun mRNA expression levels in rat brains taken 30 min, NGF mRNA expression levels in rat brains taken 30 min and 6 h after repeated +Gz exposures were significantly higher than those of the control group. It is suggested that c fos, c jun and NGF mRNA expression in rat brain can be induced by repeated +Gz exposures and they may play an important role in the pathologic course or self protection effect of brain neurons damage induced by+Gz exposures.
