摘要
目的 探讨氯化甲基汞 (MMC)对小鼠大、小脑组织神经元c fos原癌基因表达的影响。方法 实验组小鼠腹腔注射 10mg/kgMMC ,对照组小鼠腹腔注射同体积的生理盐水 ,2h时取小鼠大、小脑组织 ,以免疫组织化方法观察MMC对大、小脑神经元c fos表达的影响。结果 MMC可诱导小鼠大、小脑神经元c fos表达 ,实验组小鼠大、小脑神经元Fos阳性表达率均显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 MMC可诱导小鼠大、小脑组织神经元c
