摘要
基于Fluent软件,运用计算流体力学方法对圆弧型三叶扭叶罗茨鼓风机的内部流场进行了可压缩非定常流动的数值模拟。数值模拟结果表明,当叶轮转动开启时,与三叶直叶转子相比,三叶扭叶罗茨鼓风机排气口没有大的涡流,气流脉动平稳,从而降低了罗茨鼓风机的噪声。
Based on CFD software FLUENT, the pulsation in the exhaust process of three lobe helix type Roots blower was simu- lated under the compressible and unsteady condition. The numerical simulation results show that, when helix rotor starts rotating, three lobe helix rotor has not large eddy current compared with three-lobe rotor. The fluctuation is in steady condition, so three lobe helix type Roots blower can reduce the noise of the Roots blower.
