摘要
运用计算流体动力学方法对渐开线三叶罗茨鼓风机排气过程中的脉动进行了可压缩非定常流动的数值模拟,在动静耦合区域采用了非一致网格界面,用动网格方法实现了排气区域流场的容积变化,通过将数值模拟结果与半经验理论公式计算结果的对比分析,探讨了运转周期内气流脉动的分布特性和对排气流量的影响.
The pulsation in the exhaust process of three-lobe involute type Roots blower was simulated in CFD method under the compressible, unsteady condition . To achieve the change of exhaust area that dynamic mesh updating method and multiple reference frame at rotor-stator coupled area were adopted. The result of numerical simulation was contrasted with computing result of the semi-experience theory formula. It was discussed that the characteristic of air flow fluctuation in a period and influence to the exhaust flux.
