不同光照和栽培基质对灵芝活性成分的影响 被引量:9

摘要 以7号灵芝品种为材料,研究3种不同光照(全阳、半荫、全荫)和4种不同栽培基质(椰糠、沙土、沙土+红土、壤土)对灵芝活性成分(灵芝多糖、蛋白、三萜)的影响,结果显示,3种光照处理之间,均存在极显著性差异,半荫处理多糖含量最高,全阳处理多糖含量最低;全阳处理蛋白含量最高,全荫处理蛋白含量最低;半荫处理三萜的含量最高,全阳处理三萜的含量最低。4种不同栽培基质之间,也均存在极显著性差异,椰糠栽培的多糖和蛋白的含量均最高,沙土栽培的均最低,但沙土栽培的三萜含量最高。因此,灵芝中活性成分的含量受光照和栽培基质的影响较大,本研究为提高灵芝活性成分含量的栽培技术提供试验依据。 Varieties as materials With No.7, studied the effects of 3 different lights (the sun, half shade, the shade) and 4 different substrates (coconut husk, sand clay, sand clay and laterite, loam) on active components of Ganoderma lucidum (polysaccharide, protein and triterpenoid). The results showed that there was significant difference between three kinds of light treatments. Half shade processing polysaccharide content was highest, the minimum content of polysaccharide with treatment the sun. Full sun shade treatment highest protein content, full shade processing protein content was the lowest. With half shade treatment, triterpenoid content was the highest, the lowest triterpenoid content was with treatment of the sun. In four kinds of different substrates, there were also significant differences. Polysaccharide and protein contents with coconut husk cultivation were the highest, sandy soil cultivation had the lowest, but triterpenoid content was the highest with sandy soil cultivation. Therefore, the content of active constituents in Ganoderma lucidum was obviously effected by light and substrate. This study was to provid a test basis on improving the content of active components of Ganoderma lucidum cultivation technology.
